Shipping Policy
At Lavender Wink Lashes (LWL), we’re excited to get your order to you! Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping
- $8 flat rate
- Free standard shipping on orders $70+
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping
- $15 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow [1–3 business days] for your order to be processed before it ships.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of LWL’s control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. LWL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, LWL is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. You may also contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
At this time, LWL does not offer international shipping. International shipping may be added in the future.
